My Style & Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process of understanding yourself more deeply, creating space for authenticity, and exploring meaningful change. Each person’s story, experiences, and needs are unique, which is why I take an integrative approach that draws from different therapeutic modalities to create a personalized experience.

My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that you are more than the challenges you are experiencing. Rather than viewing a collection of symptoms, I seek to understand you as a whole person — your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, experiences, values, and the stories you hold about yourself, others and the world.

In therapy, we may explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, the beliefs that shape how you see yourself, or the protective parts of you that developed for good reason. Drawing from approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we can develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and a deeper connection with yourself and what you prefer.

I often support clients who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, shame, or feeling disconnected from who they truly are. Through mindful reflection, creative questioning, and compassionate exploration, we can begin to understand your story differently — not by erasing the past, but by creating new possibilities for how you relate to yourself and move forward.

My hope is to provide a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you reconnect with your values, strengths, and the life you want to create.

More About Me

The mind is like the sky; thoughts are like clouds.

They come and go, and we can choose to observe them without getting carried away.

This session allows you to share details about your goals and elaborate on any challenges you might be facing. I offer a safe space that is accepting and non-judgemental so that you can honestly connect with your lived experience, get curious about presenting issues and challenges, increase self-awareness and work towards meaningful change.
